Deputy Childrens Residential Manager

Frontier Consulting are assisting a national Children`s Residential Group to source a Deputy Manager for their established EDB Home in Ilford.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Children`s Support Worker or Team leader that wishes to progress into a Registered Manager position. You must also have or be working toward an NVQ Level 3 or 5 in child care.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager for our Children’s Home to lead and inspire a team committed to providing exceptional care and support for children in need. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Duties

* Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the children’s home

* Lead, supervise, and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding care aligned with care plans and regulatory requirements

* Administer medication safely and accurately, following prescribed protocols and maintaining detailed records
