Join a team as a Deputy Shift Engineering Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced process environment. In this key position, you will support the Shift Engineering Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all engineering activities during your shift. You will play a pivotal role in managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets.

• Engineering Qualification
• Multi Skilled
• Lead and motivate the engineering team to deliver high standards of performance and safety.
• Happy to be hands on doing maintenance
• Support planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals.
