We’re looking for a passionate, people-first, and commercially astute Deputy General Manager to join our talented team. If you’re a hospitality leader with a love for locally sourced food, great drinks, and creating standout guest experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities of the Deputy General Manager:

• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
• Leading by example on the floor to ensure smooth, high-quality service
• Inspiring and mentoring the front of house team to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Driving revenue and controlling costs through smart business decisions
• Curating exciting food & drink campaigns, and contributing to marketing and social media activity
• Working collaboratively to maintain our excellent reputation and warm, community vibe

Skills & Experience:

• A hospitality pro with experience managing busy, high-quality venues
• A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• A food and drink enthusiast who can speak passionately about menus, wines, ales, and cocktails
• A commercially minded operator who understands margins, payroll, and forecasting
• A team player with exceptional people skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others
• Someone creative, energetic, and eager to elevate both the team and the guest experience
