Deputy General Manager - Operations/Contact Centre
Office-based | Bradford, West Yorkshire
Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

There's a buzz in the air. After years of change and challenge, this business is entering an exciting new phase - evolving fast and looking for a leader to help shape what comes next.

A market-leading organisation is on the lookout for a Deputy General Manager to take the reins in their Northern hub - someone ready to lead from the front, bring fresh thinking, and make a real impact on people, clients, and the business as a whole.

Based in their Bradford office, this is a hands-on leadership role - not from behind a desk, but right in the heart of the action. You'll work closely with the General Manager to steer operations, support and stretch a team of talented professionals, and drive service excellence across the board.

You won't just be keeping things ticking over - you'll be rethinking how they're done. From automating processes to reimagining how services are delivered, you'll have the freedom to bring smart ideas to life. You'll be trusted to lead high-stakes bids, build long-term partnerships with clients, and ensure teams are not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them.

What sets this role apart is the blend of vision and execution. There's strategy to shape, but also sleeves to roll up. Financial performance, team culture, client retention, innovation - it all comes under your wing.

To thrive here, you don't need to come from a specific industry background. What matters most is your ability to lead in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You might have been an Operations Director, a Client Services Director, or held senior leadership roles within a high-performing contact centre. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and a proven ability to drive service excellence at scale. But more than that, you'll be someone who inspires - who sets the tone, raises the bar, and brings others with you.
