Deputy Head of F&B

We’re hiring a Deputy Head of F&B to support and drive food & beverage operations at one of the UK’s busiest and most exciting live event venues. This brand-new role has been created as the events side of the business expands, introducing tailored menus and experiences for major artists and live acts.

Working closely with the Head of F&B, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage key relationships, and help shape strategy across retail catering. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative, efficient, guest-first service across a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

• Support the Head of F&B with strategy and operations

• Liaise with key clients (e.g. event organisers, promoters, major stakeholders)

• Oversee P&L performance across events

• Manage transformational projects

• Deliver efficient, guest-focused food & beverage services on major event days

• Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, culinary, and logistics

• Senior leadership in large-scale events, hospitality, or high-volume catering

• Experience in busy restaurants, pubs, stadiums, or arenas

• A background in managing operational change and innovation

• Strength of character and high resilience in demanding environments

• £55,000-£60,000 salary

• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
