We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.What you'll be doing:Supporting the Head of Financial Crime with 1st line operational BAU work and Project workActing as a subject matter expert and supporting and guiding the Screening and Enhanced Due Diligence teamsProducing clear management information and representing the Financial Crime Operations team at various groups, oversight committees and team meetingsProviding advice, guidance and challenge to improve identification, management and mitigation of riskTesting systems and processes and looking for ways of improvementQualificationsWho we're looking for:We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Financial Crime regulationsHands on operational financial crime experienceExperience of working in an Insurer, Bank or financial services firmStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong problem solving skills and experienced in process improvementWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
