Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing
Location: Yorkshire – Hybrid/Flexible Working Available
Salary: £60,000 – £100,000+ (DOE)

The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to step into a senior leadership role within a high-performing, award-winning conveyancing team. Recognised nationally for its excellence, the team has built a reputation for delivering quality, client-focused work across a broad range of residential property matters.

As Deputy Head of Department, you'll combine strategic input with day-to-day leadership, all while continuing to manage a hands-on caseload. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the department’s continued growth, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of the market.

What the role involves:

Managing a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management.
Working closely with the Head of Department on strategy, operational planning, and financial performance.

Proven experience running your own full residential conveyancing caseload.
