📄 Contract: Full-time (37 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)
💰 Salary: £50,225–£54,867 (Depending on experience)

The Role

We’re seeking a Deputy Head of Student Services to lead our Disability, Mental Health, and Counselling services. Based in London with some travel, the role involves managing specialist teams, ensuring compliance, and enhancing student support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Disability, Mental Health, and Mentoring teams.
• Oversee counselling services and the “Cause for Concern” process.
• Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
• Ensure services meet statutory and professional standards.
• Drive service development aligned with ADE UK’s strategy.
• Support inclusive, responsive student services that promote retention and success.
• Deputise for the Head of Student Services as needed.

General Duties

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Safeguarding policies.
• Contribute to operational planning and staff development.
