£24.50 per hour | 48 hours per week = £61,152

2 x 12-hour clinical shifts + 24 hours supernumerary (8am - 8pm, with some weekends and on-call included)

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact?

We're looking for a dedicated RGN or RMN to join us as Deputy Home Manager in a well-established, supportive care home in the heart of Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend hands-on nursing with management responsibilities, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  
• Leading shifts and providing direct clinical care (2 shifts per week)
  
• Taking responsibility for the clinical oversight, care planning, medication management and compliance
  
• Supervising and mentoring the nursing and care team
  
• Supporting with audits, safeguarding, training and regulatory standards
  
• Participating in the on-call rota and supporting over occasional weekends
  

What we're looking for:

• A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
  
• Previous experience in a senior role within a nursing home or similar setting
  
• Confident in leading a team, coordinating care, and managing clinical priorities
  
• A compassionate and proactive approach to care and team support
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
