Deputy Home Manager – £30,000–£35,000 | 35 hours per week

Our client, a specialist residential service supporting individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their experienced and supportive team.
This service is focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs. The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in leading the care team, supporting the Home Manager, and ensuring the smooth, safe, and compassionate running of the service.
The Deputy Manager will support the day-to-day management of the home, lead by example, and promote a culture of excellence in care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people recovering from or living with neurological conditions.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or in a senior care role within adult social care
Strong knowledge of neurological conditions, brain injury, and rehabilitation is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A commitment to compassionate, person-centred care
Understanding of CQC standards and compliance

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the overall management and leadership of the home
Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and rehabilitation
Help manage staff rotas, training, and supervision
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Maintain detailed care plans and risk assessments
Promote positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Act as a role model and mentor for care staff, promoting best practices and team cohesion
