In this exciting role, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and ensure that our customers enjoy a top-notch shopping experience filled with quality products and exceptional service.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Kick off each day by motivating your team while setting daily targets.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Train and mentor your team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
• Wrap up the day by preparing for the next with strategic insights and a positive mindset.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of day-to-day store operations.
• Step into the Store Manager role during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Drive a customer-focused culture that nurtures loyalty and satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A true passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous retail management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Strong leadership qualities with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems.
