Are you an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in your retail management journey? Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a driven and inspiring Assistant Manager to join a vibrant fashion retail brand in Keswick. This is your chance to thrive in a leadership role, supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional results through strong sales leadership, brilliant team management, and a passion for customer service excellence.

You'll help drive the success of the store by taking ownership of performance, leading daily operations, and ensuring the team delivers a seamless customer experience. Your role will be key in contributing to store profitability and supporting the development of your team through hands-on recruitment & training.

• Salary up to £28,000 + bonus

• Deliver excellence across all areas of retail management, including operations, stock, and customer experience

• Implement engaging visual merchandising to reflect the brand and attract customers

• Support with recruitment & training, helping build a skilled, confident team

• Step up in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full accountability when required

• Provide clear direction and hands-on support to ensure customer service excellence is delivered at every touchpoint

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Floor Manager within a busy retail environment

• A natural leader with strong salesleadership skills and the ability to inspire others

• Proven track record in team management, coaching, and driving performance

• Commercially aware with a keen understanding of KPIs and P&L responsibility

• Creative eye for visual merchandising and maintaining high standards across the shop floor

• Passionate about developing others through effective recruitment & training

• Friendly, confident, and committed to delivering customer service excellence
