£25.00 per hour x 40 hours = £52000 / Birmingham / Monday to Friday 9- 5 / Fully Supernumerary

Duties for the Deputy Manager include:

- Support the manager in the day to day running of the home

- Lead the team and motivate staff

- Ensure delivery of a high standard of care

- Coaching and feedback

- Supernumerary time
