As Assistant Manager, you'll be leading from the front, supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be hands-on with the team, driving performance, delivering amazing customer experiences, and making sure everything runs smoothly. • Support the Store Manager with operations and store performance
• Lead and inspire your team with energy and enthusiasm
• Drive customer service and standards through a hands-on approach
• Take ownership of visual merchandising, stock processes, and team training
• Smash KPIs through sales leadership and commercial awareness
• Keep the store compliant, safe, and operational at all times

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor
• A natural leader who's hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially focused
• Passion for retail, customer service, and team development
• Great energy, problem-solving skills, and drive to succeed
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak periods
