Hawick / £23 per hour | 36-42 hours per week / NMC Registered Nurse Required

The Role of Deputy Manager:

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the home. You'll lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent standards of clinical and personal care, supporting and supervising staff, and helping maintain compliance with CQC and company standards.

You'll have a real opportunity to make a difference in a setting where your clinical skills and leadership will be valued and supported.

What We're Looking For in the Deputy Manager:

• NMC Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health)
• Previous experience in a senior role such as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Manager
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
• A compassionate leader who can inspire and support a care team
• Experience in dementia and elderly care is highly desirable
