Deputy Manager

NonStop Care are working with a good Ofsted Children's EBD home in Yorkshire, who are seeking a Deputy manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will progress quickly to RM and will already have experience with Reg 44, Ofsted and have an NVQ level 5.

There is the opportunity to start immediately but they can be flexible if within 2 months.

About the Role

• To work under the direction of the Registered Manager (RM) and deputise for the Registered Manager as and when required.
• To supervise Key/Support Workers and ensure supervision processes are implemented and recorded with designated staff.
• To support the RM with the day-to-day running of all aspects of the home including; the standards and quality of care, recruitment and training, communication with the team, the premises of the Care Home and financial matters.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration & DBS clearance
• Team leader or Deputy manager experience
