ProCook, the UK’s fastest-growing kitchenware brand, is looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team! As a Deputy Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service.
Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked.
Handle operational tasks, including cash management and inventory control.
Step in for the Store Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Previous experience in retail management.
