ProCook, the UK’s fastest-growing kitchenware brand, is looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team! As a Deputy Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Handle operational tasks, including cash management and inventory control.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
