Deputy Manager

We are looking to add to our team, someone who is serious & experienced about Safeguarding young people in a Children's Home setting. You will join our experienced lead managers who are committed to our teenagers & staff who together have been awarded a Ofsted 'Good In All Areas' & working towards 'Outstanding' award. You will need: .Experienced & enjoy working with young people who may have challenging behaviour. .An Experienced Residential Worker. Committed to working evenings and weekends.

Experience with on-call/supporting staff .Experienced & Knowledgeable about safeguarding. .You would need to be a driver./UK Drivers Licence is essential .Excellent admin skills .A Positive Character- Honest, reliable, trustworthy, great sense of humour. .Housekeeping skills, finance skills, team skills & good communication skills. .Work with Data confidentiality. .Have the ability to type reports .Give verbal accounts of important information in Meetings. It is essential that you have any proven type of level 3/4 Childcare qualification- social work, Youth and community awards or Health & Social Care certification and references. . Training may be given to the right candidate who may not have all the above skills. Please speak to me for further information.
