Job Description - Deputy Manager - Care Home

Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse / RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Edwinstowe
Salary: £52,041 - £60,715 ( £27.80 per hour )
Hours: Full-time, 7am-7pm, 3-4 days per week

We're looking for an experienced clinical leader to join a well-established care home providing nursing, dementia, and personal care to 49 residents.

Your Role

Lead and support the clinical care team including Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to deliver outstanding care
Administer medication, manage care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
Support residents with personal care and daily activities
Promote independence and dignity while maintaining high care standards

Requirements
Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) 3+ years’ experience in a care home setting ( Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Leadership & communication skills Previous clinical lead or deputy management experience
