Deputy Manager / Childrens Home

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a Childrens Home to find a Deputy Manager to join the team in Gloucester. This home provides care, support and homely accommodation to children and young people with complex needs. You will be supporting the registered manager, line manager, two team leaders, and a team of support workers.

The service you will be working for is a leading privately owned provider of complex care in the Gloucestershire area. Currently they have 6 Ofsted registered children’s homes, 3 CQC registered adult’s homes and actively growing! The home you will be managing will depend on where we currently need support.

Working hours: 40 hours per week predominantly during Monday to Friday 9 - 5 with some requirement to work weekends. You will also have on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams.
• Have (or be working towards) a Level 3, 4 or 5 Diploma.

Experience:

• Living in the UK: 3 years (required)
