Deputy Manager / Childrens Home

Frontier Consulting are assisting a great national Children`s Residential provider to recruit for a Deputy Manager for their established Children`s Home.

This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Children`s Support Worker that wants to step upto a Deputy Manager role.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our established Children’s Residential Home Group. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment for children and young people. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being are maintained at all times. Your leadership will inspire staff, foster positive relationships with young residents, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the home. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in child care, management, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in young lives.

Duties

* Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

* Support the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans that promote emotional, social, and developmental growth.

Level 3 or 5 in Children`s residential is ideal, however this can be offered!
