Job Description - Deputy Manager, Children's Home


Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Harriseahead, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £29,000 - £35,000
Working Hour: Full-time (16 hours of 40 are on shift for non-managerial roles)
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 1 per week may be required
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and YPs, Therapeutic Home
Home; Number of Beds: 5
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in Residential Childcare and working with young people
Employment Type: Permanent

You must ...



  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.

  • Be at least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.

  • Have a valid driving licence.
