Position: DEPUTY NURSING HOME MANAGER / CLINICAL LEAD
Location: WELLINGBOROUGH, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
Salary: £43K PER ANNUM

Coben Healthcare are proud to be exclusively representing a wonderful, family run, small group of Nursing Homes in Northamptonshire, who provide individually tailored care in Elderly & Dementia settings, in their search for a talented Deputy Nursing Home Manager.
As part Supernumerary Clinical Deputy Manager, reporting to the Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff and delivering the highest standards of care in a small Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home.
Our client pride themselves on providing person centred care, where their goal is to improve the wellbeing of residents and service users, by bringing joy & fulfilment to those under their care.
Job Requirements:
Overseeing Nursing Care within the Service
Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs
Administering medication
Complete clinical assessments
Updating care plans
Appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to
Skills / Qualifications:
Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC PIN registration

RGN / RMN / RNLD
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a Nursing Home setting
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
Benefits:
