DEPUTY MANAGER - HAMPSHIRE



My Client is looking for a Deputy Manager to work in their friendly site in a lovely British coastal town. Food is served straight from the kitchen and crafted drinks poured at the bar every day of the week, as well as the perfect place for a getaway for 14 beautiful bedrooms.




As Deputy Manager you will be expected to lead from the front and hold the following essential skills:




- Exceptional knowledge, passion & experience in a fresh food environment.


- Function planning

- Ability to survive under pressure

- Drive service and maintain standards

- Seek innovative ways to drive trade.

-Train and Develop Team


-Back of House Reporting


- Assist the GM with the day to day management of the business
