Deputy Manager - Lifestyle retail

As a Deputy Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in inspiring a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences & commercial reward.

The roles and responsibilities of this Deputy Manager - Lifestyle retail role:

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and overall business success.
• Deliver of Commercial KPI's include ATV, UPT, Sales & Stock control.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed and take charge of daily operations.
• Drive store performance through excellent service, smooth operations, and strong teamwork.
• Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and open feedback.
• Help recruit, hire, and retain a talented, diverse store team.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications required for this Deputy Manager - Lifestyle retail role:

• 1 yearts + proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager or Supervisor/ Keyholder in a similar role in retail or hospitality.
• Ideally working in a customer focused retail environment, where you offer a 121 service.
• Strong people management skills: communication, motivation, coaching, and training
• Used to working towards commercial KPI's
• Performance & process driven and able to inspire your team to excel.
