A well-regarded care home in Chatham is looking for a proactive and compassionate Deputy Clinical Home Manager ( Nurse ) to join their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse seeking a hands-on management role focused on person-centred care and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible nursing leadership across the home
• Assess individual care needs and create responsive care plans
• Support staff training and promote best practice
• Collaborate with families, residents, and external professionals
• Drive improvements and contribute to a positive care culture

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (with valid NMC pin)
• Background in residential care
• Experience with care planning and clinical documentation
• A confident, forward-thinking leader with a solution-focused mindset
• Passionate about empowering teams and residents through strong collaboration
