Are you a Qualified Social Worker who's sick of holding a caseload & is keen to try something new? This one's for you! NonStop Care are working with a newly established Parenting Assessment Centre in Cambridge, who are looking for a qualified social worker to come on board their service as a Deputy Manager.

In this role you will deputise for the Registered Manager, helping to oversee a team of support workers who carry out direct work with Mother & Babies within the 3 bed Parenting Assessment Centre.

Responsibilities -

• Deputise for the Registered Manager
• Aid with supervision of support workers in the centre
• Direct work with mother & babies in the centre
• Quality assurance of the Parenting Assessments

Requirements -

• Previous experience as a Qualified Social Worker
• Experience within Parenting Assessments, Early Intervention or Safeguarding
• Previous experience in supervision
