Deputy Nurse Manager – Supernumerary

Salary: £49,000

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Our client, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join the team in a supernumerary role that combines hands-on resident care with essential managerial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience within a multi-disciplinary care environment and will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Possession of a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification

• Previous management experience in a care setting

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the delivery of high-quality care to residents

• Assisting the Nurse Manager in daily operations and nursing team management

• Contributing to recruitment, training, and performance management of nursing staff

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care

• Contributing to marketing efforts to promote the facility and increase occupancy

• Assisting in financial management to control costs and maintain high care standards
