Deputy Nurse Manager - Supernumerary

£24 per hour, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager to join our client’s team and provide excellent care services in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to engage with service users, maintain strong relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) or RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse

• Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager

• Ability to understand and adhere to CQC standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to engage with service users and their families

Responsibilities

• Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide exceptional care

• Carrying out supervisions 

• Maintain a good working knowledge of CQC standards

• Build and maintain working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and the staffing team

• Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home
