Our client is looking for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team full-time (40 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful nursery, featuring bright, spacious rooms and a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and encourages a lifelong love of learning.
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and a dedicated team of early years professionals, you’ll help maintain high standards of care, inspire best practice, and contribute to the overall vision of the setting.

What You’ll Need
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or similar leadership role within an early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for early years education and a positive, flexible attitude

Key Responsibilities
Support the Nursery Manager in the effective daily running of the setting
Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursery team to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child
Build strong, supportive relationships with families, staff, and external partners
Contribute to the planning and implementation of an engaging, inclusive curriculum
Take an active role in staff development, supervision, and training initiatives
