Salary: Up to £40,000

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3) to join our client’s team. As a senior member of our client’s nursery staff, you will support the nursery manager in the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children.

• Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the nursery manager to lead and motivate the nursery team.

• Participate in planning and delivering activities, ensuring the individual needs of the children are met.

• Support the nursery manager in implementing and maintaining all policies, procedures, and standards as set out by regulatory bodies.

• Play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers.
