As Deputy Restaurant Manager in this luxury restaurant managing a team of 10, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that all guests experience is memorable and exceeded. The menu is a very high-end brasserie style menu and restaurant and a busy summer terrace that overlooks stunning scenery.

To be successful you will need to have ideally experience of 5 Star or very high end restaurant experience, a knowledge of wine and be operations driven and be proud to be leading from the front.

Starting salary is £39k and £3k Service as well as generous staff benefits
