Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 30-bedded supported living service in Southall, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supported living professional to step into a key leadership role, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of a 30-bedded supported living service. Lead, motivate and develop a team of support workers and senior staff. Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care and support. Assist with staff rotas, recruitment, supervision, appraisals and training. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and internal policies. Support care planning, risk assessments and reviews to ensure individual needs are met. Monitor quality, performance and service delivery, identifying areas for improvement. Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and external agencies. Step up to manage the service in the Registered Manager’s absence. Package and Benefits: Annual salary of £38,000 - £45,000. Supportive leadership team and positive working environment. The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager role will: Have previous leadership experience within a supported living setting. Be working as a Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Deputy Service Manager, Unit Manager or Care Manager. Have a strong understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and/or complex care requirements. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, care planning and quality assurance. Be confident leading teams, managing performance and promoting a positive culture. Hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Be passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred support.
