This permanent, full-time position starts in April, and provides the opportunity to guide students through design processes up to GCSE level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging D&T lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering students' design and manufacturing skills.


• Oversee practical projects and workshops, ensuring student safety and progress.


• Utilize a variety of design software and manufacturing techniques.


• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the D&T curriculum.


• Lead extracurricular activities such as design competitions and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology or a related field.


• PGCE or QTS.


• Demonstrated experience teaching D&T at the secondary level.
