The Role

• Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons

• Supporting pupils with design projects and coursework

• Promoting safe working practices and high standards in workshops

• Developing confidence in classroom management and curriculum delivery

• Working closely with experienced DT teachers and technicians

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT

• A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject

• The ability to teach DT across KS3 and KS4

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

• Willingness to learn, reflect, and develop with support

• Good organisational skills and a positive, professional attitude
