The Role

• Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons

• Supporting pupils with design projects, coursework, and assessment

• Promoting high standards of health & safety within workshops

• Encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking

• Working collaboratively within a supportive DT department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject

• Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4

• Strong practical skills and good knowledge of workshop practice

• Clear classroom management and organisational skills

• A positive, creative, and professional approach
