Responsibilities
- Teach DT across KS3, KS4, and KS5, covering product design, engineering, and resistant materials
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level coursework, encouraging creative and technical excellence
- Integrate digital design tools, sustainability principles, and modern fabrication techniques into lessons
- Work collaboratively to refine and develop the DT curriculum
- Support extracurricular activities such as robotics clubs, design fairs, and enterprise competitions
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching DT up to KS5
