Job Description - Design Coordinator

Design Coordinator

M&E Design Coordinator – PAYE
Salary: £30K to £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Rainham, Kent
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for someone organised, with experience in M&E building services, who’s based within a commutable distance to Rainham, to join a people-first design business working on high-rise residential projects!

To summarize the role will involve coordinating technical submittals, design packages and tracking the progress against program deadlines
You will have to attend meetings with contractors so confidence is key!

* We do not expect the candidate to have specific design co Ordinator experience experience
