Job Description - Design Coordinator

  • Design Coordinator
M&E Design Coordinator – PAYE
Salary: £30K to £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Rainham, Kent
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for someone organised, with experience in M&E building services, who’s based within a commutable distance to Rainham, to join a people-first design business working on high-rise residential projects!
  • To summarize the role will involve coordinating technical submittals, design packages and tracking the progress against program deadlines
  • You will have to attend meetings with contractors so confidence is key!
* We do not expect the candidate to have specific design co Ordinator experience experience
