On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, close-knit team that specialises in structural design and build coordination. This is a highly developmental role, where you'll begin as a Document Controller and Design Coordinator, learning directly from the Engineering Director while progressively taking on more responsibility in design and project leadership.

In the role, you'll be the central point of contact for managing and coordinating structural documentation including drawings, calculations, and design models. You'll sit in on design and client meetings, capture project briefs, and liaise across disciplines such as architectural, MEP, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery. You'll also assist in reviewing and coordinating external consultants' designs as part of the contractor's design portion (CDP).

This role would suit a confident and personable graduate in Structural or Civil Engineering who is eager to develop in a technical and client-facing role. You should have a basic understanding of structural principles and standards, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working fully onsite from 8am-5pm in Isleworth.

The Role

• Coordinate and manage incoming/outgoing structural design documents
• Capture client briefs and liaise with design teams to ensure accurate communication
• Support the Engineering Director in managing design processes and project coordination

The Person

• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Excellent communicator, comfortable in client-facing roles
• Based in West London, able to work onsite full-time
