Job Description - Design Engineer

Design Engineer / Whitstable / Hybrid
Overview:

One of the leaders in the safety industry, are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join their team and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products are designed and modified.

This is an excellent opportunity to excel your design career with future progression available.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Creating and modifying products in Solidworks
  • Quality assurance and reviewing products
  • Providing design support to internal and external stakeholders on products and designs
  • Attend client meetings
  • Liaise with clients regarding specific requirements
  • Creating installation manuals
  • Update planning schedules

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working in a similar design position
  • Experience on designing products
  • 2+ years of Solidworks experience
  • Confidence to speak to clients
  • Team player
