We're looking for a Design Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business that genuinely cares about its people. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects, involved in the full product lifecycle from concept through to production with the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing

Developing innovative design concepts from initial brief through to production
Creating 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings
Supporting product development, testing, and validation activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality
Contributing to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting the transition of designs into manufacturing

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge or similar)
Strong understanding of engineering and product design principles
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of their work
