Key Responsibilities:
- Own and uphold brand guidelines across all creative outputs
- Manage the full creative process, from ideation to delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing design team
- Plan resources effectively to maximise productivity and output quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies
- Align creative direction with commercial goals and marketing strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to the team
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or marketing design
- Strong portfolio across web, CRM, offline, and social media assets
- Highly proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and image retouching
- Experience integrating AI tools into the creative process
- Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Confident in evolving and defining brand guidelines
