Location: Midlands or South West (Hybrid Working)
Salary: up to £75,000, dependent on experience

Our client, a leading UK consultancy, is delivering transformative water projects with multiple AMP8 framework wins including Welsh Water, Southern Water, and South West Water. This is your opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver designs that define the future of water.

️ What You’ll Do

Lead technical teams across feasibility, detailed design, and build phases
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
Shape sustainable water solutions for major UK clients
Drive innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
Influence how water is obtained, treated, and distributed to communities

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a passion for water infrastructure. You bring:

Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
Strong knowledge of design and construction in the water sector
A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Membership in a professional institution (e.g., ICE) — desirable but not essential
A collaborative mindset and drive to innovate and deliver
