What’s on Offer:

* £65,000 - £85,000 per year DOE (equivalent to approximately £1,250 - £1,630 per week)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle

* Manage design programmes, deliverables and technical approvals

* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

* Review technical designs and identify risks, clashes and coordination issues

* Drive collaboration between design, commercial and construction teams

* Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

* Degree-qualified in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline

* Proven experience as a Design Manager or senior design coordinator

* Strong understanding of construction and project delivery

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments
