Design Manager / Engineering Manager - Civils & Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager / Engineering Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and utilities to join an established construction team.

The role will involve managing design and engineering activities across infrastructure projects, working with clients, consultants to ensure designs are compliant and buildable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage civil and utilities design activities
* Coordinate internal and external design teams
* Review drawings and submissions
* Manage RFIs, design queries and technical issues
* Support buildability and risk management
* Liaise with clients, consultants

About You:
* Strong civils and utilities background
* Design or Engineering Management experience
* Infrastructure project experience
* Strong technical and communication skills
* Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders
