Description

As Design Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Manage and deliver realistic design programmes and schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure design meets brief and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Review designs for compliance, safety, and buildability.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout design and construction stages.

Profile

The successful candidate will have strong design management experience, whether from contractor, consultancy, or client side. They'll be confident leading complex projects, skilled at collaboration, and focused on delivering compliant, innovative, and buildable designs.
