Seeking and experienced Design Manager to work on a Secondary Education project in Hayes. £40m new build extension and refurbishment, scheduled to run for three years.
You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction, commercial and preconstruction colleagues as well as external stakeholders.
Candidates will be working at construction phase on a live site, as opposed to preconstruction.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience as Design Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor - gained on live projects of a similar size and scope.
