A growing mid-sized construction company is looking for an experienced Design / Technical Manager to join its team, supporting the expansion of its new-build residential division. Reporting to the Technical Director, the role offers genuine opportunity for career growth and development.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the PC design across a range of high-rise RC frame residential projects currently in the pipeline. Requirements:

• Extensive experience with high-rise RC frame projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction.

• Ability to manage design processes and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

• Previous experience working for a principal contractor is highly desirable.
