What the role looks like:

• Providing holistic advice to clients via video and phone
• Supporting both new and existing clients with tailored planning strategies
• Collaborating closely with paraplanners, administrators, and other advisers
• Using streamlined tech to reduce faff and enhance client experience
• No cold calling. No chasing. Just real relationships and rewarding work

What you’ll need:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
• Experience advising clients (desk-based or hybrid ideal)
• Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach
• Comfortable using tech to support and deliver advice
