My client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world.

They are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who will support 30 internal companies with approx. 1,500 users with general setup and daily 1st line support. You will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a team of 8 Technicians, Engineers and Service Delivery and learn new tech and systems as you gain invaluable experience to grow within your career and the company.

You need to bring your personality with excellent customer service skills to take ownership of any Tech support issues. You will be working for a fun organisation, diversity-focused and dress-down culture based in the Holborn / Tottenham Court Road and Farringdon locations. The role is a hybrid role where you will be expected with minimal on-call rotation.
